If you have a technical problem with your hardware, please detail exactly what it is that’s wrong. Please also provide an order and/or backer number (where applicable).
If you’re having problems with tracking/connectivity, there’s a few things you can try to narrow it down:
- Use the trackers wired over USB
- Pair the trackers to the dongle in a different order to see if problems follow a specific tracker, or whichever tracker is connected third for example.
- Pair the trackers to the HMD or other SteamVR dongles, if you have them.
