As the summer days wind down, the shipping team here at Tundra Labs will be taking a week long break in order to spend time with family and relax.
We do plan to have one day of catch up during the week in order to minimize delays. Here is the plan:
- Overnight shipping has been disabled
- Orders placed Friday August 11th through Tuesday August 15th will ship on August 16th.
- Orders placed Wednesday August 18th through Friday August 18th will ship on August 18th.
There may also be some delays in support replies during this time.
We recently added the capabiltiy for customers to self serve modify and cancel their orders. You may do this using buttons in your order confirmation email.
